Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS, usually within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note that UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. Shipping rates are calculated live through UPS and you are able to select from all available shipping options.

Only orders shipped within the United States can be taken at this time.

Returns

We guarantee the quality of our product and we will gladly replace any defective item in your kit for you free of charge. However, due to the fact that Pedia-Pak contains a variety of medications, we are unable to accept returns.
